While this may seem scary, we want to assure you that the best investment you will ever make is investing in your wellbeing. Self-pay allows you to have more control and confidentiality compared to insurance companies mandating a mental health diagnosis, access to session notes, number and length of sessions, and which therapists they will cover.

Our first step towards getting acquainted! Includes reviewing pre-session documents and policies, exploring what brings you to therapy, and completing an intake assessment.
Discover how to communicate in a healthy way with your partner and explore conflicts within the relationship. **Engaging in couples therapy does not guarantee "fixing" a relationship or partner.
Each session will be tailored to the client's needs. Together we will set goals and work on skills during sessions to be practiced outside of the therapy session.

Children's and traditional yoga classes!
Forest therapy walks and yoga are not being offered as therapy in themselves. If you would like to incorporate those practices, notify your counselor. Non-psychotherapy offerings are to help offset the cost of psychotherapy for those who may benefit from services but need financial assistance. Please inquire with your counselor for more information.
